Many of our customers have asked about how they can promote Natura™ turf to their dog owner customers. We are excited to introduce a referral program designed for pet business owners. The Natura Network allows you to accrue money on each sale that comes in through our website via your unique code. What’s more…when you use those Natura Bucks on future purchases of Natura turf, we’ll give you 5X the value of your banked dollars.
The Natura Network is a great way to share the value of the only hybrid turf on the market with your dog owners AND provide your business with dollars off your next Natura turf.

When you provide your unique code to your dog owner customers they’ll enjoy 5% savings off the website prices as well*.
We’ll provide you with referral cards for you to share with your customers. These cards will have your unique code on them so they can use your code when they order to earn money for you and to save them money.
How the Natura Network Works
- When you purchase Natura turf directly from us, you can request a unique Natura Network Code
- Share this unique code with your customers (we will provide you with pre-printed cards with your code on it. Feel free to copy those, or ask for more.
- When someone uses your unique code, your Natura Network account is credited 1% of the sale of the product*.
- We will send you an email 2x a year with your current Natura Network cash balance.
- If your cash balance is over $100, you can request a check to receive your cash benefit.
- With any balance you can convert your Natura Network cash balance into Natura Bucks and use those against a purchase. $1 in cash = 5 Natura Bucks – so you are getting 5x the value towards future orders.
Example
- Your pet daycare business provides your unique code to your customers
- Your customer places an order through our customer service phone number for 5 “Large Natura Rolls” – they provide your Natura Network unique code.
- Your customer receives 5% off the listed price.
- Your Natura Network account is credited with $16.25 (Large Roll list = $325 x 5 rolls = $1625 x 1% = $16.25).
- Emails are sent 2x a year from Natura to your email address on file with a current reflection of you balance.
* Offers cannot be combined. Natura will honor the greater value or % off offer of any offers that are requested, but will not combine offers.
** It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to notify Natura (GrassWorx, LLC) of the unique code. If a code is not provided to Natura customer service at the time of ordering, we are unable to retroactively add the value to the Natura Network member or provide the 5% discount to the customer.
We’ll provide referral cards with your custom code on them to you free of charge. Contact us directly to request more cards or print them yourself. Currently we are only allowing current professional customers to be a referrer.
If a Natura Network account is inactive for 24 consecutive months an email will be sent alerting the business that the balance is going to expire in 12 months. If there are no purchases or use of the balance in those subsequent 12 months, then the balance is zeroed out. To avoid losing any earnings through the Natura Network program, you can convert the cash into Natura Bucks and use those to offset the purchase of more rolls of Natura.
