Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3business days unless otherwise communicated from the GrassWorx Customer Service team. A longer lead time could be added if the order exceeds our standard stock quantity.  For longer lead times, all orders will ship within 3 weeks from receipt  of the order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders will ship via UPS or an assigned LTL carrier.  It is important that all delivery requirements are communicated at the time of order placement to ensure a fast and safe delivery.  Any additional delivery fees that are not communicated at time of order placement will be issued against the account.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A tracking number and shipment date will be sent to the email designated on the account.

Customs, duties, and taxes

GrassWorx, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at 1-888-965-0135. Please save all original packaging material and damaged goods.
