We’re so grateful you’ve chosen to order directly from us. We want to share a little about who we are — and why we sometimes ask for a bit of patience.
We’re a single factory team doing our very best to serve our customers directly. Unlike the giants like Amazon or Walmart, we don’t have massive warehouses or fleets of trucks standing by. We make the product ourselves — right here in St Louis — and shipping each order out individually can take us a little extra time.
GrassWorx was originally built to send out full truckloads to big retailers, so handling small parcel shipments has been a big learning curve. We’re improving every day, growing, and working hard to meet the expectations set by the big guys, and by you. You can learn more about GrassWorx here.
